Passed February 7, 2022
 
Resolution 22-04
An emergency Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the Village of Mechanicsburg to apply for, accept and enter into a water supply revolving loan account on behalf of the Village of Mechanicsburg for the construction of water system improvements phase 2: and designation a dedicated repayment source for the loan. 
 
Ordinance 22-03
An Ordinance approving, adopting, and enacting American Legal Publishing's Ohio Basic Code, 2202 Edition, as the code of Ordinances for the Municipality of Mechanicsburg, OH, and declaring an emergency.

Resolution 22-02
A Resolution authorizing the sale of personal property, including motor vehicles acquired for the use of Municipal Officers and Departments, and road machinery, equipment, tools or supplies, which is not needed for public use or is obsolete or unfit for the use for which it was acquired, by internet auction.
 
Resolution 22-05
An expedited (emergency) Resolution in support of the Champaign County Historical Society's efforts to 1. Reconfigure and expand the Champaign County Historical Museum and to 2. obtain additional grant funding from the State of Ohio Capital Budget through the State's Cultural Facilities Grant Program (ceremonial resolution) ​
