Resolution 22-03. A resolution for Police Department Fee Schedule for 2022. Ordinance 22-04. An ordinance to vacate unimproved alleys; A, Alley running southeast between 60 Mill Street and Mill Street Lot 500, B, Alley running southwest between Mill Street Lot 450 and Mill Street Lots 502-506. Ordinance 22-05- An Ordinance to modify Section 516 regarding the parking surfaces n the Zoning Ordinance of the village of Mechanicsburg, Champaign County, Ohio. Passed February 7, 2022 Resolution 22-04 An emergency Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the Village of Mechanicsburg to apply for, accept and enter into a water supply revolving loan account on behalf of the Village of Mechanicsburg for the construction of water system improvements phase 2: and designation a dedicated repayment source for the loan. Ordinance 22-03 An Ordinance approving, adopting, and enacting American Legal Publishing's Ohio Basic Code, 2202 Edition, as the code of Ordinances for the Municipality of Mechanicsburg, OH, and declaring an emergency. Passed February 21, 2022 Resolution 22-02 A Resolution authorizing the sale of personal property, including motor vehicles acquired for the use of Municipal Officers and Departments, and road machinery, equipment, tools or supplies, which is not needed for public use or is obsolete or unfit for the use for which it was acquired, by internet auction. Resolution 22-05 An expedited (emergency) Resolution in support of the Champaign County Historical Society's efforts to 1. Reconfigure and expand the Champaign County Historical Museum and to 2. obtain additional grant funding from the State of Ohio Capital Budget through the State's Cultural Facilities Grant Program (ceremonial resolution) The Village of Mechanicsburg will hold a Safety Committee meeting on November 16th at 3:30pm immediately followed by an Ordinance and Resolution Committee meeting November 16th at 4:30pm at the Municipal Building located at 18 N Main St.
Mechanicsburg Village Council will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 PM on Monday, December 7, 2020.
The purpose of this meeting is to solicit public comments relating to the Mechanicsburg Planning Commission's recommendation for Ordinance 20-05: Changes to the Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mechanicsburg. Copies of Ordinance 20-05 are available at the Mechanicsburg library, or by request to the Mechanicsburg Village Clerk during regular business hours. The Mechanicsburg Village Council desires to solicit public input, evaluate such public input, and then hold a vote at the regularly scheduled Council meeting starting at 6:30 PM on Monday December 7, 2020 regarding possible passage of the recommended ordinance.
