Council meetings are the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month at 6:30pm.
Planning Commission meetings are the 4th Saturdays in January, March, May, July, September, and November at 8am (subject to change if necessary.)
Mechanicsburg Community Clean-Up Day takes place in May of each year.
Mechanicsburg's Annual Memorial Day Parade is always at 1pm on Memorial Day.
Mechanicsburg's Community Yard Sales are always the 1st full weekend in June (Friday and Saturday from 8am-5pm).
Mechanicsburg's Annual Summer Celebration is the 2nd Saturday in July.
2024 Village Trick-or-Treating is Thursday, October 31st from 6-8pm.
Mechanicsburg's Christmas in the Village is always the 2nd Saturday in December.
